1. Order Processing & Handling Time
• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or during peak holiday seasons may experience a slight processing delay. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable domestic shipping across the United States utilizing major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days ($4.99 / Free on orders over $50)
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days ($9.99)
• Overnight Delivery: 1 business day (Calculated dynamically at checkout)
Note: Delivery timelines to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military addresses (APO/FPO) may take slightly longer.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active and scannable within 24 hours of dispatch. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through your carrier's lookup portal.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
• Inspection upon Arrival: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged, or if you receive the incorrect product variation, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photo evidence.
• Carrier Claims: We are not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the delivery carrier.
5. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
• We currently offer cross-border shipping to select international destinations. Shipping rates and transit estimates vary by location and are calculated dynamically at checkout.
• All import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP). This ensures that you will not face any unexpected customs fees or structural double-charging upon the package's arrival at your border.
